A recent study explored the potential cognitive health benefits of Memophenol, an extract derived from grapes and blueberries from Activ’Inside, in individuals with mild cognitive impairment. In this six-month study, 143 participants were randomly assigned to receive either the extract or a placebo twice daily. To assess cognitive function, various evaluations were conducted. Although the results indicated some improvements in specific areas for those taking Memophenol, the observed differences were not statistically significant.

Prior research had previously indicated that higher doses of the extract could be beneficial. However, this particular study offers promising findings for smaller doses, highlighting the potential effectiveness of Memophenol in supporting cognitive health. Nonetheless, further investigation is necessary to delve deeper into its benefits and establish conclusive evidence.

The study’s results suggest that Memophenol, a grape and blueberry extract, holds promise as a supportive measure for individuals with mild cognitive impairment. While the improvements observed in cognitive function were not statistically significant, they provide initial evidence of the extract’s potential efficacy even at lower doses. Future research is required to substantiate these findings and shed more light on the extent of its benefits.
