Maypro’s Venetron, a potent sleep and mood supplement with a concentrated Apocynum venetum extract, showcased remarkable results in a Japanese study. The randomized, double-double, placebo-controlled research revealed significant improvements in discomfort reduction before and during menstruation. Maypro Global Nutrition Group, the exclusive distributor, sees Venetron as a promising ingredient with long-term growth potential. The study highlighted its effectiveness in addressing women’s health needs, particularly in sleep, mood, and stress support. Results indicated enhanced autonomic reactions, concentration, and behavioral changes before menstruation for Venetron users, with consistent improvements in pain, focus, and control throughout the study compared to the placebo group. Notably, there was a “significant improvement” in the “initiation and maintenance of sleep” before menstruation, reinforcing Venetron’s role in women’s health support. VENETRON® improves unidentified complaints related to menstruation and appeared to be safe under the conditions employed in the present study.
