Creatine Does Not Cause Hair Loss

In a 12-week randomized trial, creatine supplementation (5 g/day) did not increase DHT levels or worsen hair density, thickness, or follicle health compared with placebo. Findings provide strong evidence that creatine does not contribute to hair loss in healthy men.
