HIIT + Vitamin D Improves Bone Density in Osteoporosis

In a 16-week RCT, combining HIIT exercise with vitamin D (800 IU/day) significantly improved bone mineral density and bone markers in women with osteoporosis more than either intervention alone. Best results seen in hip and spine BMD.
