The FDA has issued a critical warning regarding tianeptine products, citing serious health risks such as seizures, loss of consciousness, and death. Neptune Resources, LLC, manufacturer of Neptune’s Fix, has voluntarily recalled all batches of their tianeptine products. With concerns over tianeptine’s potential to mimic opioid toxicity and interact dangerously with other medications, the FDA urges consumers and retailers to dispose of or return these products immediately. The agency has also appealed to retail outlets to cease the sale of all tianeptine-containing products, emphasizing public safety as a top priority.
