Resveratrol–Copper (R‑Cu) treatment in GBM patients deactivated cell‑free chromatin particles in the tumour microenvironment, leading to strong suppression of proliferation markers, cancer hallmarks, immune checkpoints, and stem‑cell biomarkers. Transcriptomic analysis showed increased pro‑apoptotic and decreased anti‑apoptotic gene expression, including down‑regulation of the PD‑L1–like checkpoint PVRIG‑2P. These findings suggest that low‑dose R‑Cu may significantly attenuate GBM aggressiveness.
